Word on the Street

I know this won't be enough for Jane. She wouldn't believe her mother if the woman told lamb was on sale at Giant Eagle. But here I am telling her and here she is frowning. I'll wait. I know it's coming and I know I can't rush her. 

I've tried, you know, to anticipate her objections but that just gets us into another stupid argument.
